• _{Don't forget to fill out your} 2007-2008 Consent and Release form
  
• Required for every team member and mentor who travels to a FIRST competition event.  They must be turned in at the team’s INITIAL 2008 Regional event.
  
• Each team must also provide an accompanying, completed FRC Members and Mentors Roster
• Must list each traveling team member and mentor.  This document helps ensure that each person has a properly completed Consent and Release form.  The documents will be compared prior to competition.
